Running Fork is born from an obsession with food, blue agave and great music.
We want to share our most outrageous food experiences and invite you to do the same.
The name comes from Spy Boy’s first day at the New Orleans Jazz Fest in 2000 where they have over 60 unique food booths, each offering unique regional cuisine.
Once he got a fork in his hand, he became Running Fork. He discovered he was unable to go anywhere without fork in hand, dashing from plate to plate (usually not his) and sampling all selections available.
So grab your fork and let’s go get some.
